Request For Proposal (RFP)
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM UPGRADE
The Jaffer Reachout Foundation seeks competitive proposal submissions for a complete upgrade
of the video surveillance system at the Jaffer Reachout Foundation property, located in Sanford,
Florida. Emergency communication systems and equipment must meet the applicable guidelines
for surveillance system and must also meet NDAA compliance standards.
Proposal Submission Guidelines
Detailed Submission Requirements
To ensure a fair and thorough evaluation, please adhere to the following submission guidelines:
- Proposals must be submitted by the deadline of November 22, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
- All submissions should be in PDF format to the Contracting Officer via email.
- Ensure the proposal includes all required documentation and technical specifications.
Scope Of Work
- Replacement of the existing video surveillance system using the current wiring.
- New surveillance system must be NDAA compliant and meet or exceed industry
standards for security surveillance, including features such as:
o High-definition video (minimum 1080p).
o Night vision capability.
o Motion detection.
o Remote access for monitoring via mobile devices.
o Integration with the existing access control system, if applicable.
Proposal Requirements
- A detailed breakdown of equipment, materials, and costs.
- References from previous similar projects.
- A timeline for project completion.
- Compliance with NDAA standards and any other relevant regulations.
- Warranty and support information for the installed system.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposal Assessment
- Cost: Competitive pricing within the allocated budget.
- Experience: Proven experience in similar projects. References must be provided
- Timeline: Ability to meet the proposed schedule.
- Compliance: Adherence to all relevant guidelines and standards (NDAA etc.)
- Warranty and Support: Quality of post-installation support, including warranties and service plans.

The Request for Proposal is open for submissions. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their proposals by the deadline to ensure consideration.

Please email the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, November 19th to register for the site visit

Site Visit Date
The site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 20th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Questions Submission
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than Tuesday, December 3rd.

Proposal Due Date
Proposals are due no later than Tuesday, December 10th. Late
submissions will not be considered.
