INSTALLATION OF NEW GATE SYSTEM

The Jaffer Reachout Foundation seeks competitive proposal submissions for the installation of a
new vehicular control gate system at the entrance and exit drive lanes of the Jaffer Reachout
Foundation property located in Sanford, Florida. The emergency communication systems and
equipment installed must meet applicable State and Federal guidelines.

Detailed Submission Requirements

To ensure a fair and thorough evaluation, please adhere to the following submission guidelines:

 

  1. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline of December 10, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
  2. All submissions should be in PDF format to the Contracting Officer via email.
  3. Ensure the proposal includes all required documentation and technical specifications.

Scope Of Work

  • Installation of vehicular control gates at both entrance and exit drive lanes.

 

  • Approved guests will gain access via a telephone entry system. The system should also
    provide calling services to allow guest access.
  • Integration with additional access control measures, such as security cameras or card readers, may be required. Please specify any extra equipment or hardware needed to complete the system.

 

  • Installation must comply with all local regulations and safety requirements

    Proposal Requirements

    • A detailed breakdown of materials and costs, including any additional systems.

     

    • References from previous similar projects.
    • A timeline for project completion.

     

    • Compliance with all Federal and State applicable standards and guidelines.
    • Warranty and support information for the installed equipment and system.

    Evaluation Criteria

    Proposal Assessment

    • Cost: Competitive pricing within the allocated budget.
    • Experience: Proven experience in similar projects. References must be provided
    • Timeline: Ability to meet the proposed schedule.
    • Compliance: Adherence to all relevant guidelines and standards.

     

    • Warranty and Support: Quality of post-installation support, including warranties and
      service plans.

    The Request for Proposal is open for submissions. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their proposals by the deadline to ensure consideration.

    Please email the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, November 19th to register for the site visit

    Site Visit Date

    The site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 20th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    Questions Submission

    All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than Tuesday, December 3rd.

    Proposal Due Date

    Proposals are due no later than Tuesday, December 10th. Late
    submissions will not be considered.
